...We All Fade AWAY...Eventually

Character In Play: Fade
Status: For Taboo
Fade walked closer to the battle clearing. For the first time staying wasn't a burden it wasn't something that lacked excitement it was filled with surprises every day. Each day Ari was growing larger and wilder and he and Unknown had become so close that it seemed almost right to be right there with her. Some times he did not want to leave her side...and others he didn't know what to say. It was a happy moment for him...although he never really knew happiness it wasn't a bad thing to slowly discover.
Today was different though it was finally time to start training with Taboo...he wanted to build his tooth and claw battling technique and his alpha had agreed to train him...so here Fade came looking around to where past battles were fought...and won or lost.

It felt odd for the black canine after being in his lands so long wandering off to do a bit of sparring with one of his members. With his litter still young he didn't want to leave Terra with them for long, not because he didn't trust his mate it was just he liked being with them. He moved faster now going at a fair paced run until the member he was teaching and sparring with came into view. He slowed standing in his normal position, that of an alpha then looked at Fade. "Greetings Fade. I'm a bit late had to help Terra with our pups." He said moving into the worn area that was used for sparring.
Letting himself stand in a defincive posture the icy eyes quickly shifted to a bright bloody crimson, which was normal for the large brute. "So Fade, you sure you still want to learn from me?" He asked with a bit of a laugh on the end the deadly looking eyes locked onto Fade.

Fade watched as Taboo came into sight...he was a rather large wolf...but size was never daunting to Fade. Maybe it was something that was good in him...or it would be that lack of daunt that was his down fall some day. Either way Fade did not falter at his alpha's approach or at his eyes narrowing...he wanted that Beatship and the showing of fear would not get him there.
He only smiled a sleek little grin before answering Taboos question, "Of course...to be the best you have to train with those better than you...and then beat them. No?" he said. Fade gave a small huff as he took a deep breath and charged. Attacking first was so out of his character he'd spent the whole prior life defending rather than attacking he knew to be where he was aiming for he had to be able to adhere to both...as part of a packs anatomy...sometimes taking over territory was necessary and death was simply casualties.
The averaged size timber wolf took a rather large jump over Taboo, twisted in mid air to land head facing Taboos rear. Only taking a split second to think Fade lunged at Taboo's back intending to grab fur only as he didn't wish to draw blood.

As the battle began the crimson eyes flashed. Fade's movements where tracked all the way to the jump and when he was aiming to jump over the brute he had to hold himself back from snapping at a leg and tossing him. Instead Taboo wheeled about so that they were face to face and Fade's attack was easily back stepped away from. "Be careful putting yourself in the air like that, leaves you helpless to countless moves." The black wolf growled then lunged forward jaws open as he would try to grab the shoulder area then release. Taboo wasn't going to be nice but he would try to be as gentle as possible after all a real opponent wouldn't just defend.

Fade took the comment and filed it back...he wasn't sure what type of attacks Taboo was thinking of but he was sure if he kept that up he'd find out and it would leave him devastated....a wolf like Taboo could do a great amount of damage to someone. As Taboo charged Fade thought momentarily as he was in a position of defense something he knew pretty well. The brute bent down allowing for Taboo to grab his lower back or flank. It was a painful move but needed..this put Fade underneath his alpha. Fade rolled and if Taboo did not let go it would roll him off of Fade and if he did it would position Fade directly under the underbelly. Either way the belly would be exposed briefly allowing Fade to after the soft tender skin and muscles there.

Taboo felt Fade's back go into his maw then as the wolf rolled Taboo released not liking the feel of the roll and he didn't want to rip up Fade's body. Before any damage could be caused to his stomach reigion he moved back away from Fade. Taboo didn't coment, which was a good thing and stood staring at the brute waiting for Fade to make the next attack.

Fade didn't know what to take of the silence...he was only just getting to know Taboo and did not know if he had done something wrong. Either way he knew he couldn't hang over it for long so the slightly aged brute took charge this time heading for a dead on collision to create a head to head battle maybe of quick moves and dodges. That is if Taboo chose to engage and not dodge...but dodging could also bring in some close combat.

Taboo watched as he charged in. Fangs bared and body crouched he waited just until the last second before swinging his large paw at Fade trying to knock him off his feet. Taboo loved being large it alloud him to have many advantages but also it could prove to be a dissadvange as well to those that knew how to use it.

Fade saw the paw coming and with the same momentum and quick movement of his nimble body he hopped back allowing the paw to miss...it wasn't a slow moving paw at all so in the split second of it missing Fade threw his whole body on the wolf attempting to knock him off balance.

As he missed Taboo saw the flaw in his move. With Fade's tackle the wolf, though large, was thrown off balence for a moment. Slamming his paw back onto the ground the pause was to long for him to attempt to make another move.
((Wow that was short lol))

There was this overwhelming sense of doing something good made Fade smile. He was still near Taboo who was off balance even for a split second...it wasn't to harm his alpha but it would be something he could use for other opponents. Fade turned around and went for the soft flesh around the neck...of course not to break skin but to make contact.

Taboo saw it coming the fangs where going towards his neck and even if it was practise he wouldn't allow Fade to touch that tender area. Taboo fell into a down position feeling the teeth gaze over the top of his neck then shot back up into a standing position hoping to slam Fade's maw up while it was still over his neck and head.

The pain from the impact was immediate. He stretched his jaws three times before being satisfied that he could use it. Fade liked the upward headbutt and choose to remember the move and the pain. His tail shifted as he thought of something to do...but the ringing in his ears clouded the voice. Thinking blindly he charged forward...maw not agape to just make up ground.
